Russhielder Boadu is a PhD candidate in the Department of Geography, Sustainability, Community, and Urban Studies at the University of Connecticut. Her research focuses on environmental sustainability, health, and gender. She employs interdisciplinary and participatory approaches to examine how environmental and social challenges shape lived experiences and well-being unevenly across place and population, as well as how these dynamics can inform context-specific policy responses.
